Uncooked, cooked food items, alcoholic drinks and similar items brought him from outside the resort are strictly prohibited. However, we charge corkage fees depending on the number of guests per group. Please see below charges: Corkage Fees (For Check-In Guests or group of guests below 5 pax who are bringing their own alcoholic, drinks, and food) will be charged per head as follows: Food: PHP 40/head Alcoholic Drinks: PHP 40/head Water and Soft Drinks: PHP 20/head For example, you are a group of 4 and want to bring food, there will be a corkage fee of PHP 160. If you also want to bring any alcoholic drinks and water, that's an additional corkage fee per head on top of the corkage fee for the food. Corkage Fees (For Check-In Guests or group of guests 6-10 pax who are bringing their own alcoholic, drinks, and food) will be PHP 400. For example, a group of 6 guests came in with food, alcoholic drinks, and water, they will only pay PHP 400 all in for your group. Corkage Fees (For Check-In Guests or group of guests 11-20 pax who are bringing their own alcoholic, drinks, and food) will be PHP 600. Corkage Fees (For Check-In Guests or group of guests 21-30 pax who are bringing their own alcoholic, drinks, and food) will be PHP 1,100.

Select Your Desired Dates: Once you're on the booking page, choose the dates for your stay. Cala de Oro Beach Resort often provides a calendar feature where you can click on your arrival and departure dates. 3. Specify the Number of Guests and Rooms: Indicate the number of guests who will be staying with you and the number of rooms you require. Ensure you select the appropriate room type, whether it's Deluxe Rooms, Regular Rooms, Regular A-Frame Huts, or the Giant A-Frame Hut. You may need to click on options or use dropdown menus to adjust these details. 4. Check Availability: After specifying your preferences, click on the "Check Availability" or a similar button. This will initiate a search to see if the accommodations you've chosen are available for your selected dates and group size. 5. Review Your Selection: The booking system will display the available accommodations that match your criteria. Review the options carefully, including room descriptions, rates, and any special offers. 6. Continue to Payment: Once you're satisfied with your selection, click on the "Continu to payment" button. This will take you a pop-up page with the details where you need to send your payment. 7. Confirm Payment: Once the payment has been sent, kindly sent your proof of payment via FB Messenger or through email at hello@caladeoro.com. Once your reservation is confirmed, you should receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation will contain all the details of your stay, including check-in/check-out times and any special instructions.

At Cala de Oro Beach Resort, each type of accommodation has a specified number of guests it can comfortably accommodate. If you intend to add more guests beyond the specified limit, there will be additional charges as follows: Deluxe Air Conditioned Room (PHP 2,500.00): This room is designed for 2 people. Additional guests beyond the initial 2 will be charged an extra PHP 500.00 per person. The maximum occupancy for this room is 6 people. For the first 2 guests, entrance fees and breakfast are included. Regular Air Conditioned Room (PHP 2,000.00): This room is suitable for 3 guests. For each additional guest exceeding the initial 3, there will be a supplemental charge of PHP 350.00 per person. The maximum occupancy for this room is 8 people. Entrance fees are included for all guests. Regular A-Frame Hut (PHP 1,200.00): This hut is intended for 3 occupants. If you wish to add more guests beyond the initial 3, an extra fee of PHP 300.00 per person will apply. The maximum occupancy for this hut is 5 people. This hut is beachfront and equipped with an electric fan. Giant A-Frame Hut (PHP 3,000.00): This spacious hut is designed to accommodate 10 individuals. Any additional guests beyond the initial 10 will incur an additional charge of PHP 300.00 per person. The maximum occupancy for this hut is 15 people. This hut is beachfront and equipped with an electric fan. Please keep in mind these occupancy limits and additional charges when making your reservation. It's important to adhere to the occupancy limits to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests during your stay. Our resort generally allows guests to bring personal and family pets with them during their stay provided pet owners ensure than their pets are toilet trained or always provided with animal diapers and the like. Dogs and other similar pets must be properly leashed when on resort grounds. For the safety and convenience of all resort guests, please inform the front desk during the reservation or booking process and upon check-in of any pets and animal companions you intend to bring with you into the resort grounds and facilities. Exotic and unusual pets may be refused admission by resort staff for safety and sanitary reasons.

Cala de Oro Beach Resort offers a variety of rentals and cottages in addition to our rooms and huts. Here are the available rental and cottage options with their respective rates: RENTALS: 1. Bench Table and Chairs Set - PHP 400.00 This rental includes a bench table and chairs set for your convenience. 2. Wooden Chair - PHP 40.00 Individual wooden chairs are available for rent. 3. Long Table - PHP 200.00 You can rent a long table for your group's use. 4. Tent - PHP 500.00 (Day Tour) / PHP 750.00 (Overnight): If you prefer a tent for your stay, we offer rental tents. Choose between the day tour or overnight options to suit your needs. 5. Japanese Foam - PHP 250.00 (with 2 pillows) Rent a Japanese foam with two pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. 6. Double Foam - PHP 500.00 (with 2 pillows) A double foam with two pillows is available for those who prefer a larger sleeping arrangement. COTTAGES 1. Balay - PHP 800.00 The Balay cottage can be rented for PHP 800.00. 2. Casa Hut – PHP 1,000.00 Enjoy the Casa Hut cottage for a rate of PHP 1,000.00. 3. A-Frame Hut – PHP 1,000.00 The A-Frame Hut cottage is also available for PHP 1,000.00.

Our apologies but we cannot do online booking or accept credit cards at this time. For now, we only accept payments through GCash or cash payments upon check-in.

For confirmed reservations, the total accommodation cost must be made to our GCash account. You can send us a pic of your deposit receipt through our email to help facilitate your booking. Please present your deposit receipt to the front desk upon check-in for billing purposes.

Unless reservations are confirmed, all our rooms, cottages, and tents are available on a first come first serve basis for drop-in guests. You may not be able to get the accommodation you want without confirming a previously made temporary reservation.

If you contact our front desk at least 7 days prior to your check-in date to either cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation then you can get a full refund of your confirmation payment and will not be assessed additional charges for booking changes. If the cancellation of the confirmed booking is within 4 to 6 days prior to the check-in date then 10 percent of the confirmation deposit will be deducted. A 20 percent penalty will be deducted for cancellations made 3 to 2 days prior to check-in. Finally, 30 percent of the confirmation deposit will be forfeited for cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the check-in date.

The standard boat tour duration depends on the number of islands and islets to visit. Our Island Hopping services can accommodate up to a maximum 8 pax with life vest included. 1 Island – 2,500.00 2 Islands – 3,000.00 3 Islands – 3,500.00 The tour can however be customized the way you want it by coordinating with the front desk upon reservation or check-in.
